It offers a full range of Architectural Services including Master Planning, Feasibility Studies, Design, Documentation and Contract Administration.

Our Projects include residential design, office fit-outs, school projects, sport and recreation facilities, and various public buildings for Local Government.

Loft Architecture is a member of the Green Building Council of Australia and endeavours to keep abreast of new energy efficient technologies and materials, through continued education programs.

Graeme is a registered architect and an A+ Member of the Australian Institute of Architects. He has twenty years’ experience and has worked for architectural practices in Tasmania, Queensland and Victoria, and has helped deliver projects in all three states and NSW. These projects include Residential, Educational, Community Sport and Recreation, Commercial, and Defence Projects ranging in value from small refurbishments up to $200 M.

In 2010 Graeme helped establish Loft Architecture with the aim of providing a full range of architectural services to residential clients and Local Government.

Graeme’s strengths include his knowledge of construction, his ability to develop detailed designs and his experience in delivering projects through to completion.

Rebecca Christianson

Rebecca is a qualified textile designer who for the past seventeen years has been working as a designer in the textile, automotive and building design industries.

In 2010 Rebecca helped establish Loft Architecture and is responsible for the interior design themes along with the selection and application of materials and colour for all projects. Driven by a passion for interior design and architecture she has a wealth of knowledge of a broad range of materials and finishes.

She has experience in liaising with suppliers, managing project consultants, presenting to clients, and coordinating the design team to ensure a creative solution is delivered that meets our client’s wants and expectations.
