Loft Architecture was established in 2010 by Graeme Christianson, who is a registered architect in Victoria.
Graeme’s background is in the delivery of Local Government Infrastructure projects, focussing on Community Centres, Sport and Recreation Facilities, State Government Education Projects and Federal Government Defence Projects.
Since it’s inception Loft Architecture has continued to provide a full range of Architectural Services aimed at helping to deliver community focussed projects.
Working with project managers, engineering and specialist consultants we engage in a fully consultative approach in the way we design, document and deliver constructed buildings.
Our goal is to deliver a service which exceeds client’s expectations.
We understand the responsibility that goes with the public building delivery process. We provide a high-quality client service with the emphasis on effective and timely communication.
We are a well resourced practice. Our team of 5 includes architects, drafts people, and an interior designer, each with more than 15 years’ experience in the industry.
We strive to design buildings that are ecologically sustainable.
We provide options to minimise energy consumption, use ethical and sustainable materials where possible with good thermal mass, and consider building construction processes that minimises embodied energy.
We have an accredited OHS system through JP Safety Advisors, are on the Construction Supply Registry and the VSBA Technical Advice Panel (TAP).
